La atención del agente de viajes muy bien , así como los traslados pero los tours cortos y dan muy poco tiempo en Creel por ejemplo el tour duro solo una hora abriendo cosas cerca y pudiendo alargarlo y hacerlo más interesante sin dejar todo el día libre y sin muchas opciones de visitas parecería que los choferes tienen prisa para terminar pronto

El viaje estuvo increíble, bien coordinado, los hoteles bien, solo el Ramada en Chihuahua no me gustó. Por otro lado si quisiera comentar que no obtuve la información completa de mi visita en Creel a un lugar llamado Rotowata, en la agencia me informaron que sólo eran 20 minutos en carro para llegar al lugar y pues resulta que aparte de los 20 minutos teníamos que caminar 12 kilómetros para bajar a las aguas termales, 6 km de bajada y otros 6 km de subida y con un niño de 4 años era imposible hacerlo así que tuvimos que contratar otro tour para que nos bajarán y no tener que caminar con mi hijo, después pedí a la agencia me lo cambiarán por un recorrido en Chihuahua a lo cual me dijeron que si pero que yo tendría que absorber las entradas a lo cual accedí pero al final no pasaron por nosotros, cuando regresó el chófer que se había llevado a otro turistas le pregunté y me dijo que él no nos traá anotados por eso no avisó. Eso echó a perder lo bonito de mi viaje
