Por parte de la agencia recibimos un servicio excelente. Los guías que nos enviaron fueron todos muy puntuales y muy agradables. Especialmente, Julio Lozano, el guía que pasó por nosotras dos a Barrancas del Cobre, es muy conocedor. Nos llevó primero a las tirolesas de Barrancas y de ahí a Creel, pasando por los alrededores y con mucha paciencia esperándonos que tomáramos fotos. Todo muy muy interesante. Sólo quiero hacer la observación de que el hotel en Creel, que está MUY MUY bonito, tiene un servicio pésimo de restaurant. No solo la comida es mala, sino que el mesero no tiene nada de experiencia y no capta muy bien todavía. Hay que explicarle muy despacio. En realidad esto es lo único que habría que arreglar, ya que el hotel tan bonito desmerece por el mal servicio y comida del restaurant. (Incluso no tenían cebolla, lo que nunca falta en ningún lado, para uno de los platillos que pedimos)
