The Copper Canyon is formed by a series of canyons located between the states of Sinaloa and Chihuahua in Mexico. It is crossed by the route of the famous Chepe train, the only passenger train in Mexico.
This tour starts in Chihuahua, allowing you to enjoy the gastronomy of Chihuahua and explore its beautiful cathedral and other cultural attractions.
Next, you will go to the Magical Town of Creel, where you will enjoy a trip through the Mennonite Fields and the beautiful climate of this town.
Get ready for the next morning! With Adventure Park and one of the most beautiful hotels in the world: Hotel Mirador. After a wonderful stop and rest, we will continue the journey to Bahuichivo, where we will visit Cerro del Gallego and the Mrador de Urique, the highest canyon in the Copper Canyon. We will then proceed to the Magical Town of El Fuerte. To learn more about the itinerary, see below.
This is one of the most beautiful trips in Mexico for several reasons: the route offers stunning views of the canyons as it passes over bridges, rivers, and tunnels; the hotels along the way are charming, for example, Hotel Mirador has been awarded for having one of the most beautiful terrace views in the world; Adventure Park has the third longest cable car in the world and the longest zipline in the world at 2.5 kilometers long; finally, the Copper Canyon is home to the Tarahumara culture, which is one of the most interesting cultures on the planet.
Your accommodation will be at the best hotels in each Chepe station, with First Class tickets on Chepe Express First Class, the most renowned and emblematic nationally in the Copper Canyon. The rooms have two double beds and do not have extra bed services. It is important not to forget to bring your printed train tickets, which will be sent to you by email after your payment is made.
You can experience the 6-day Copper Canyon tour from Chihuahua to Los Mochis in tourist class.
The maps are automatically generated and an indicative and inaccurate representation of the route.
