In Dolores Hidalgo, everything takes on a deep meaning: here the Independence of Mexico was born. We are welcomed by the Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows, imposing and majestic, where Father Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla shouted the famous "Grito de Dolores" in 1810, marking the beginning of a new nation.
